Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up state re-licensure survey conducted on September 10, 2021 and September 16, 2021, found that Staffing & Skills, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite state re-licensure survey conducted on July 8, 2021 and off-site on July 12, 2021.
